Document Description
Issue a permanent Taylor Street easement to the City of San Diego as agreed in the May 1993 Joint Powers Agreement between the Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) and the San Diego Metropolitan Transit Development Board (MTDB) for the Old Town Transit Center and Park Access Project to allow the City and their contractors access across Old Town San Diego State Historic Park property for the purpose of providing a public transportation light rail extension alignment. The easement will be approximately 3,869 square feet or 0.089 acres.
