Document Description
This project proposes to replace the equipment that is not functioning on the boat hoist with like equipment. The boat hoist is not historic. All construction will be contained within developed areas of the Pier and staging will occur within the existing parking lot. The following specific portions of the hoist will be repaired:
A. Provide new disconnect switch at end of pier.
B. Replace interior of hoist control panel.
C. Provide new controls.
D. Replace light fixtures indicated.
E. Connect hoist and trolley controllers.
F. Install new hoist motor.
G. Post informational signage.
