Document Description
Restore dune habitat withiin approximately 300 feet of the high tide line adjacent to the Western terminus of Easter Street and Sienna Street on Morro Strand State Beach. Restoration consists of the following: 1) the removal of approximately 150 square feet of dumped concrete debris from the Easter Street location and approximately 200 cubic feet of asphalt from an abandoned section of road at the Sienna Street location, debris will be removed to a State-approved facility 2) control of non-native plant species with Round-up Pro or manual removal, and 3) revegetate the site with native plants propagated from local plant material.
