The proposed project site consists of two parcels totaling approximately 29.1 acres, south of Laurel Road and east of Rose Avenue. The General Plan land use designation allows 3.8 to 5.5 units per acre; the proposed project density is 3.98 units per acre. As part of this project, the applicant is requesting to rezone the property to Single Family Residential, 6,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size (R-6).
