Document Description
The project proponent, Richland Towers, LLC, holds an option to lease the project site from the landowner to construct and operate a communication broadcast facility. The facility would consist of one broadcast tower, associated piers and anchors, one equipment building, and various ancillary services and subsidiary structures. These facilities would cover ~4 acres. The tower would reach a total overall height of 450 ft. aboveground.
