Document Description
Proposed subdivision to create 28 two family and 27 single family residential lots on a parcel containing 26.83 acres. Proposed lot sizes will range from 0.22 to 2.62 acres. Access to the subdivision will be via an extension of Flynn Road. The proposed lots will be served by underground utilities including water, sewer, power, and telephone. Propane service is served on an individual basis. Utilities are located adjacent to the site along Bear Valley Road and in the adjacent Bear Paw Ridge Unit 1 subdivisions.
