Design plan for the construction of a new 3-acre neighborhood park within an existing residential subdivision. Planned improvements within the park include pathways, small shade structures, picnic tables, a children's play area, a tot play area, basketball court, multi-use turf fields, irrigation, landscaping, low-level lighting, bathrooms, street trees, shade/accent trees, and a subsurface stormwater drainage system which will replace two above-ground detention basins that currently exist on site.
