Merger of three lots into one site, rezoning the site from CG (General Commercial Zoning District) to CG-PD (General Commercial Planned Development Zoning District), and construction of 18 single-family attached condominium units. The existing residential structures would be demolished. The existing commercial (retail) building that fronts on Miller would remain. The Project also involves some stabilization of an adjacent bank of Arroyo Corte Madera del Presidio Creek and planting of landscaping.
