Primarily vacant with one gas station, former elementary school site. Public/Institutional and Downtown Commercial Districts. Public/Institutional and Commercial Designations General Plan.
Proposed K-5 elementary school with 30 classrooms to serve up to 680 students. Development would involve demolition of the existing school structures which was built in the mid-1910's and is identified in the city's General Plan as a historic building.
