The parcel is currently developed with several structures including a house, carport, barn, storage building, etc. Yuba County Zoning Ordinance section 12.20.090 (2) entitles the creation of one parcel of a maximum size of 5 acres in the AE-40 zone, provided all other code provisions are met.
