Document Description
The proposed project includes rezoning a 1.57 acre portion of the site from General Agriculture (A-2) to R-7 fpr residential development, which will allow the project to be subdivided consistently with the parameters of the Oakley General Plan SM district. The SM designation allows a density of 2.3 to 3.8 dwelling units per gross acre. The project proposes 17-units, which give the project a density of 3.45 dwelling units per acre. Therefore as proposed, the project is consistent with the permitted density ranges of the general plan.
