The 9.57-acre remainder parcel is proposed to be divided into three parcels approximately 3.0 acres and 3.67 acres each in size. Parcel 2 is developed with a single-family residence while parcels 1 and 3 are undeveloped. Wisconsin Mound Systems and private wells would serve the undeveloped parcels. Access to all parcels is from Paige Lane, off of Cunningham Lane.
