City of Elk Grove Zoning Maps designate the area within the project limits as Light Industrial (M-1). The City of Elk Grove General Plan Land Use Policy map designates the project area as Light Industrial.
Document Description
The proposed project site, compised of 5.6-acres, would be graded and approximately 3-acres paved to provide parking facilities. One maintenance/storage building of approximately 10,000 sq. ft. would be constrcuted on the project site in addition to two 12,000-gallon aboveground fuel storage tanks and dispensers. Ovehead power poles run northwest to southeast through the middle of the project site and may be relocated as part of the project. The project would also include the installation of lighting, a security fence with automatic gate, and landscaping along Iron Rock Way.
