The proposed project consists of revisions to the existing zoning ordinances to bring them in compliance with the City of Anderson General Plan. These revisions are a necessary action as a result of programs adopted in the 2003-2008 Housing Element of the General Plan that has been certified by the State. The proposed revisions will not impact the current densities of the land, nor will the action effectuate a land use change on any parcels.
