DDSD intends to construct various odor control improvements to reduce odors from hydrogen sulfide and organic compounds. The projects consists of incorporation of liquid phase treatment to replace existing chemical units at the WWTP headworks and in the conveyance system and construction of a new biofilter treating trickling filter exhaust.
