The project proponent is currently proposing a mixed-use project. The project includes the demolition of two attached commercial structures (including Letcher's Garage), rehabilitation of an existing building (the First Church of Christ Scientist), and the construction of two new tower structures. The project will include approximately 11,300 square feet of new retail floor space on the ground floor of Tower Two; approximately 188 residential units in Towers One and Two, including approximately 5 live/work units in Tower One; and the creation of new commercial space in the rehabilitated First Church of Christ Scientist building.
