Document Description
The Water Transfer Project would consist of the execution of an agreement between the Santa Clara Valley Water District (District) and the San Jose Water Company (Company) for a limited-term transfer (from April 2006 or upon execution of the agreement, whichever is later, through December 31, 2006) of raw water (approximately 905 acre-feet) from District's Lexington Reservoir to Company's Montevina Water Treatment Plant for treatment and other purposes. Other terms and conditions of the agreement will be in effect until December 31, 2008.
