Document Description
The proposed project consists of a General Plan Amendment to change the land use designation from Light Industrial, Commercial, and Multi-Family Low to Multi-Family High; as well as a Rezone of the project sites to P-1 Multi-Family High with an Affordable Housing Overlay. The City of Oakley Housing Element identifies the need for 149 multi-family units to meet the City's housing needs. The project includes seven potential sites to rezone.
