Document Description
The proposed project involves the expansion of a water treatment plant (WTP) operated by the Thermalito Irrigation District (TID). To satisfy future demand, the treatment plant expansion will be designed to accommodate the planned 4 MGD, plus an additional 10 MGD in the future, for a total of 20 MGD. In order to conform to the pending rules, TID will need to update the treatment facilities with new purification equipment.
