The Department of Parks and Recreation proposes to replace the deteriorating potable water storage tanks at Samuel P. Taylor State Park to provide reliable and adequate supplies for park use and fire protection. The project will replace two 40 year old 100,000-gallon redwood storage tanks with two 210,000-gallon steel tanks - Main Tank and Barnabe Tank.
