The Project involves minor modifications to the composting operations and facility permits at RAN TS/MRF to include the following minor modifications: 1) a change in daily composting capacity from 100 tons per day (tpd) to 200 tpd (no increase in daily permitted organic material); and, 2) changing composting systems from the GORE® Cover composting system to an ECS Biofilter composting system.
