Comprehensive General Plan Update including a new community vision statement, and updated state-mandated elements as well as other issues that are important to the community. The proposed General Plan text contains the following elements: Land Use, Circulation and Mobility, Natural Resources, Public Safety, Noise, Growth Management, Cultural Resources, Infrastructure, Urban Design Economic Development, and Housing. While the updated General Plan will contain a Housing Element, this particular element was last updated in 2001 and will be comprehensively updated again based on the state's schedule for Housing Element updates.
