Vesting Tentative Tract Map for 134 detached condominiums with 2 and 3-stories and 268 parking spaces and 92 guest parking spaces for a total of 360 parking spaces, to be built in one phase on a 11.4 acre site currently used for the storage and distribution of oil-based products; a General Plan Amendment from Limited Manufacturing to Community Commercial and Low-Medium II Density Residential; a Zone Change from [Q]M1-1VL to C2-1 and RD1.5-1; a Height District Change from 1VL to 1; and a Zoning Administration Adjustment for over-in-height walls and reduced rear yards. Project includes the street vacation of portions of Gatun Street between Cabrillo Avenue and Gaffey Street, the demolition of existing 43 year old tanks, the removal of 30 various types of trees with trunk diameter of 12"+/-, and the grading and importing of 50,000 cubic yards of dirt.
