Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0086-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, AVDC, Inc.
Project consists of a larger distribution center. The distribution center will be constructed on 106.5 acres, with a single large building, covering approx. 1,360,875 sq. ft. and will contain an administrative office area, warehouse areas, shipping and receiving office areas. The existing streambed will be diverted along the north property line toward the west line and then south along the westline to the location in the southwest corner of the parcel where the natural streambed resumes.
