Application for a tentative tract map to construct 11 two-story detached condominium units in which each unit will have an attached two-car garage. In addition, 10 guest parking spaces will be provided for the proposed development. Access to the site will be off of Colima Road where a new driveway apron will be constructed. The existing 6 foot high concrete block walls on the south, east, and west property boundary will remain. Water and sewer services will be connected to public systems. Approximately 1,080 cy of grading will be required and approximately 441 cy of material will be imported to the site. All existing structures at the site will be demolished in order to accommodate the proposed development. Application also includes request for a zone change from A-1-6,000 to R-2-DP; a plan amendment from Urban 2 to Urban 3; and a CUP for review of Development Program requirements.
