The DEIR addresses the environmental impacts that may be associated with the request to rezone and subdivide ~550 acres to allow for a variety of residential, commercial, recreation, and open space land uses. The proposed project is located adjacent to and west of west Hwy 101, extending north from the Hwy 101/10th Street interchange to the Highway 101/Mission Street interchange, near the southern boundary of Camp Roberts, and west and northwest of the community of San Miguel.
