Document Description
Construction of a 5' wide sidewalk along the east side of Coast Highway beginning at Hinkle Place and continuing southward approx. 60 lineal feet. The 5' wide sidewalk would begin again at Cardinal Avenue and continue southerly, along the eastern side of the street for approx. 540 lineal feet. A retaining wall approx. 8' in height would be required along the 540' of sidewalk. The project includes curb and gutter, an 8' wide bike lane and replacement of existing street lights after construction.
