Document Description
Construction of a 19 space Recreational Vehicle (RV) Park Project on a 64,274 square foot (1.48 acre) site located at 210 Atascadero Road to be utilized by mid-range RV units, tent trailers, and tent campers. The existing commercial building, single-family residence, and garage with attached studio on the easter and southeaster portions of the site would remain. The only new permanent structures proposed as a component of the project are two amenity buildings, which would include a manager's office, laundry room, men's and women's restrooms and showers. Appurtenances such as fencing and lighting would be added to the site and each RV space would have full hook-ups (water, sewer, power, and cable television).
