The project will include a 4.0-acre parcel detention basin that will also serve as an open space area for recreational purposes, e.g. a soccer field. the project is to be constructed in three (3) phases with a possible signal light proposed to be installed at Fourth Street and State Highway 111 and parcel sizes ranging from 7,200 to 8,000 square feet.
