Document Description
The proposed Canyons project includes the development of a new community with residential, commercial, and recreational land uses. The proposed mixed-use project is primarily residential and includes the development of 11 private gated communities with 1,033 private gated residences and 301 non-gated residences. The project includes the development of approximately 1,214 single-family residential lots on approximately 508.61 acres (1,000 single-family residential lots on ~461.93 acres and 214 single family lots on ~46.68 acres), approximately 120 multi-family dwelling units on approximately 28.18 acres, and approximately 65,000 square feet of general commercial on approximately 8.15 acres.
