Included is a request to parcel the proposed development into seven parcels ranging in size from approximately 0.79 acres to 2.81 acres for financial purposes. The proposed project would provide parking per the City Municipal Code, lighting, landscaping, etc. Bicycle racks would be provided at two locations within the development.
