The proposed project involves the development of a shopping center consisting of approximately 151,546 square feet of commercial/retail space, including a 95-room Springhill Suites. The proposed project would consist of six buildings ranging in size from 5,000 square feet to 25,471 square feet. Included is a request to parcel the proposed development into seven parcels ranging in size from approximately 0.79 acres to 2.81 acres for financial purposes. The proposed project would provide parking per the City Municipal Code, lighting, landscaping, etc. Bicycle racks would be provided at two locations within the development.
