The project site currently consists of vacant and agricultural land. The project site is located north of Avenue 55 and west of Pierce Street.
Document Description
The proposed project includes the development of a residential community with single-family homes on approximately 77-acres. The development would include 275 single-family lots on 53 acres, as well as 24 acres of open space. The minimum lot size for the residential units would be 7,200 square feet and the average lot size would be 8,345 square feet. Proposed site improvements include the construction of necessary roadways and infrastructure as well as 5.27 acres of park/landscaping and a 2.18 acre easement.
