The project area consists of approximately 24 acres and is generally bound by Allen Road to the west, Reina Road to the south, and Bese Road to the east. The school buildings will total approximately 70,000 square feet and will include approximately 30 to 36 classrooms; also included will be a cafeteria and multipurpose building, offices, a library, custodial and maintenance rooms, a staff lounge, restrooms and workrooms. The proposed campus will house approximately 800 to 900 students and between 55 to 60 employees. Related facilities include the remaining acres for a bus barn, bus washing facility, various offices, the District's technology hub, central receiving, and related parking.
