The proposed project is a Stage 2 Planned Development Zoning, Site Development Review and Development Agreement for the construction of a 300 unit multi-family condominium community with approximately 15,000 sq. ft. of ground floor retail. The subject property is located on Site E-1 in the Dublin Transit Center at the southeast corner of Dublin Boulevard and Iron Horse Parkway in Dublin. The property is zoned PD, Planned Development and is located within the Eastern Dublin Specific Plan area. The General Plan and Eastern Dublin Specific Plan land use designation for the property is Campus Office - "flex parcel" which allows up to 300 residential units and 15,000 sq. ft. of retail.

The recommendation is based on a determination that there are no supplemental impacts that would require preparation of a Supplemental EIR.
