Document Description
The project will replace the State Park staff residence, near the historic Dyar House, which was destroyed in the 2003 Cedar Fire. All construction will be confined to the footprint of the original house, garage and yard. The residence will be American Disabilities Act compliant, and therefore will be larger than the original structure to offer the same amenities.
