Clean and repair horizontal drains, and install under drain. Project is located on SB Interstate 5 about 1/2 mile south of Sims corssing. Needed to accommodate year-round drainage and protect pavement. All drainage work will occur inside Caltrans' ROW, within an existing facility. No permits will be required. An optional disposal site is designated at PM 55.4 NB.
