This project proposes to develop the first comprehensive planning study covering the organizational and financial structure for a geothermal district heating system. Project activities would include the assessment of various organizational and financial structures, legal implications of those structures, cost effectiveness, and the marketing needed to gain acceptance and participation by new and existing property owners.
