Document Description
This project consists of the development of the Moonlight State Beach Master Plan, as approved by the State and the City of Encinitas. The project will include the following: 1. Removal of existing non-native ice plant from 3rd Street. west to the children's play area at Moonlight State Beach between the creek an tow of the bluff. 2. Develop a meandering DG trail/path to improve access between these two points. 3. Install a peeler pole fence along the south side of Cottonwood Creek to prevent access to the creek. 4. Import send on either side of trail to expand Moonlight State Beach.
