SBCWD as an agent for low-interest loans from the State of California will make loans to farmers to finance improvements for treatment, storage and distribution of irrigation water to improve on-farm irrigation efficiency. These improvements are designed to reduce/prevent agricultural related pollution of State and Federal waterways.
