The proposed parcel map would create two (2) lots from one existing lot to provide private ownership to Applebee's Resaurant for development of 1.26 acres (55,000 square feet) and Carl's Junior Restaurant for development of 1.07 acres (47,000 square feet) on the southwest corner of El Monte Way and Monte Vista. The use of Secion 15315, Minor Land Division, is applicable and appropriate.
