Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2018-0024-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Troy Wright. The proposed project includes the development of a residential community and associated infrastructure within an 8.5 acre property. The property will establish 17 residential lots, an open space preserve, and a bridge used for vehicular and pedestrian access to the southern half of the lot. The bridge will use utilize an aluminum box culvert design that will span an intermittent drainage on the property.
