Document Description
The City of Napa proposes to replace the existing bridge on First Street over the Napa River and construct a new bridge that meets current California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) requirements, American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) requirements, and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE) freeboard requirements. The proposed new bridge would be a longer, higher bridge and would be 48.8 meters (160 ft.) long and 19.5 meters (64 ft.) wide.
