Document Description
The City of Napa proposes to replace the existing bridge on First Street over the Napa River and construct a new bridge that meets current California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) requirements, American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) requirements, and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE) freeboard requirements. The City of Napa is responsible for replacing and constructing several bridges as part of the Flood Reduction Project.
