Document Description
The Department of Water Resources in coordination with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Sacramento Area Flood Control Agency would lease an existing commercial office building to be used as an office space for the Folsom Dam Raise Modifications Project. The interior and exterior of the building would undergo minor alterations and improvements. A chain-link fence, manual rolling gate, and pedestrian gate would be installed around the west-side parking lot for the purpose of providing a secure parking area for employees.
