The CVFPB and US Army Corps of Engineers prepared a Supplemental Environmental Assessment/EIR of the Folsom Dam Modifications Project - Phase V Site Restoration and Related Mitigation Activities. The SEA/EIR analyzes environmental impacts for restoration activities related to the internal haul road, Dike 7 and Dike 8, restoration of the Prison Staging Area, and other related activities.
