This Supplemental EIR to the Folsom Dam Safety & Flood Damage Reduction Final EIS/EIR (2007) analyzes the potential effects for rock blasting during the time frame of 7-8pm for the approach channel excavation of the Joint Federal Project. Potential rock blasting activates could occur from June-October of 2014 through 2017. Potential effects analyzed in detail include noise, traffic, and recreation.
