Document Description
A proposal to subdivide three properties totaling 56 acres into 164 lots for single-family homes. The project site is located east of Butte Woods Drive and it abuts Foothill Boulevard on the north and Oroville Garden Ranch Road on the south. The project would create one new intersection with Foothill Boulevard and extend Butte Woods Drive to provide access from the Butte Woods Drive intersection with Foothill Boulevard. The project would also create one new intersection with Oroville Garden Ranch Road. Over 5 acres of open space for preservation of oak trees will be provided.
