Document Description
A proposal to amend the land use designations and resubdivide 9 lots totaling 1.63 acres into 18 lots. The project site abuts the south side of Oro Dam Boulevard East, between Highlands Boulevard and Midway Drive. The proposal would amend the current General Plan Diagram designation from Medium Density Residential (6 homes/acre maximum) to High Density Residential (20 homes/acre maximum density). The proposal would also amend the Zoning Map designation from Single-Family Residential (R-1) to High Density Residential/Planned Unit Development. The proposal includes widening the alley on the project site to allow access to the lots from the alley.
