Document Description
The proposed project is a Master Plan for redevelopment of the existing marina area which will serve as a plan to guide the future growth and development of the site. The proposed project plan includes existing components at the site that have previously been approved including a 20 foot wide promenade along the eastern boundary of the site (adjacent to the newly installed ship berths), 197 total ship berths, boat launching area, an eight-room bed and breakfast, and an approximate 2,000 sq. ft. bait shop/deli (being relocated to the northern side of the boat launch).
