Note: Addendum The parcel A/Stage 3 portion of the Final Development Permit allows 287 apartment residential units and approximately 22,000 square feet of commercial ground-floor retail. An alternate development program for Parcel A includes 292 residential units, approximately 34,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space including approximately 22,000 square feet for a grocery store. The Parcel C-1/Stage 4 portion of the Final Development Permit allows 96 apartment residential units and approximately 1,200 square feet of ground-floor retail. On June 4, 2008, the City of Oakland Planning Commission, acting as Lead Agency under CEQA, certified the Environmental Impact Report for the MacArthur Transit Village Project. On July 15, 2008, the Oakland City Council adopted and affirmed the Planning Commission's CEQA findings and approved the rezoning, text amendment and development permits for the MacArthur Transit Village Project. A Notice of Determination was filed for these actions on July 16, 2008.
